For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL (Product #89882).
Target Information
FLIP (CFLAR) is an apoptosis regulator protein that serves as a critical link between cell survival and cell death pathways in mammalian cells. It inhibits TNFRSF6-mediated apoptosis. A proteolytic fragment (p43) remains in the death-inducing signaling complex (DISC), blocking further recruitment and processing of caspase-8. Full-length and shorter isoforms may either induce or reduce TNFRSF-triggered apoptosis. This protein lacks enzymatic (caspase) activity.
