Product Specific Information
The ACT35 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD134 (OX-40), a 50 kDa type I membrane glycoprotein expressed by activated T lymphocytes. CD134/OX-40 interaction with OX-40L is involved in:
- T cell-dependent humoral response
- Regulation of primary T cell expansion and survival
- Maintenance of memory T cell pool
- Tolerance regulation in CD4⁺ T cell compartment
Applications Reported: Suitable for flow cytometry, immunohistology staining of frozen and paraffin-embedded tissue sections.
Applications Tested: Pre-titrated and validated for flow cytometric analysis of 3-day PHA-activated human peripheral blood cells. Recommended usage: 5 µL (0.5 µg) per test (100 µL final volume).
Excitation: 488 nm; Emission: 520 nm; Laser: Blue Laser.
Filtration: 0.2 µm post-manufacturing filtered.
