Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

The Dedicator of cytokinesis protein 8 (DOCK8) is a member of the DOCK180 family of guanine nucleotide exchange factors.
DOCK8 plays an essential role in humoral immune responses and is important for proper B cell immunological synapse formation.
Mutations in this gene cause the autosomal recessive form of hyper-IgE syndrome.
