For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

Target Information
Ki-67 is a nuclear protein expressed during multiple stages of the cell cycle—late G1, S, G2, and M phases.
It contains a forkhead-associated (FHA) domain that interacts with euchromatin at the perichromosomal layer, centromeric heterochromatin, and nucleolus.
Ki-67 exhibits cell cycle-dependent localization: perinucleolar in G1, nuclear matrix in G2, and chromosomal during M phase.
Because Ki-67 is absent in G0 cells and increases from G1 through mitosis, it serves as a reliable proliferation marker.
Ki-67 antibodies help determine the proliferative fraction in neoplasms, correlating with tumor grade and prognosis.
Commonly used as a neuronal marker of cell cycling and proliferation.
