Product Specific Information

Description:
The OX-86 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD134 (OX40), a 50 kDa type I membrane glycoprotein of the TNF receptor superfamily. CD134 is expressed on activated mouse T lymphocytes, including both CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. Its interaction with CD252 (OX40 ligand) is involved in T cell-dependent humoral responses, regulation of T cell expansion, survival, and tolerance.

Applications Tested:

• Tested on activated mouse splenocytes at ≤1.0 µg/test (100 µL final volume).
• Optimal titration recommended for assay-specific performance.

Fluorochrome Information:

• Super Bright 780 is a tandem dye excited by a 405 nm violet laser and emits at 780 nm.
• Use a 780/60 bandpass filter.
• Ensure instrument compatibility.

Staining Recommendations:

• When using multiple Super Bright-conjugated antibodies, use Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401) to reduce non-specific interactions.
• For compensation setup, use stained cells rather than beads when necessary.
• Protect from light due to photo-induced oxidation sensitivity.

Fixation:

• Samples may be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333) for up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark.
