Target Information
ZMAT3 유전자는 세 개의 zinc finger 도메인과 핵 내 위치 신호를 포함하는 단백질을 암호화합니다. 이 유전자의 mRNA와 단백질은 wildtype p53에 의해 발현이 증가하며, 과발현 시 종양 세포 성장 억제에 관여합니다. 대체 스플라이싱으로 두 가지 isoform을 생성하며, 두 isoform은 하나의 아미노산 차이만을 가집니다.
