Target Information
CD63 (LAMP-3, lysosome-associated membrane protein-3)는 tetraspanin 계열의 당단백질로, 다양한 세포의 후기 엔도솜, 리소좀, 분비 소포에 존재합니다. 세포 활성화 후에는 세포막에서도 발견되며, basophil 활성화 마커로 널리 사용됩니다.
CD63은 integrin과 상호작용하여 식세포 작용 및 세포 이동에 영향을 미치며, H/K-ATPase 및 ROMK1 채널의 조절에도 관여합니다. 또한 T-cell costimulation 분자로 작용하며, 초기 단계 암의 예후 예측 지표로 활용될 수 있습니다.
활성화된 혈소판, 단핵구, 대식세포에서 발현되며, melanoma 및 Hermansky-Pudlak 증후군과 관련이 있습니다.
