For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

NME4 is a member of the protein kinase family, enzymes that transfer phosphate groups from donors such as ATP to acceptor amino acids in substrate proteins.
These kinases mediate signal transduction in eukaryotic cells, regulating metabolism, transcription, cell cycle, cytoskeletal organization, apoptosis, and differentiation.
With over 500 gene products, the protein kinase family is one of the largest in eukaryotes, classified into 8 major groups based on catalytic domain sequences.
The AGC kinase group includes 63 kinases such as PKA, PKG, PKC, RAC/Akt, ARK, and RSK families.
