Target Information
CKLF (Chemokine-Like Factor) is a cytokine encoded by a gene located in a cluster on chromosome 16. It acts as a potent chemoattractant for neutrophils, monocytes, and lymphocytes, and can stimulate the proliferation of skeletal muscle cells. CKLF plays important roles in inflammation and skeletal muscle regeneration. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
