Product Specific Information

The 34-1-2S monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse MHC class I molecules H-2Kd and H-2Dd, and cross-reacts with Kb, s, r, q, and p.
This antibody is validated for flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes and can be used at ≤ 0.4 µg per test in 100 µL final volume.
Cell number should be optimized (10⁵–10⁸ cells/test). Titrate carefully for optimal performance.

Each product includes 1 vial of NovaFluor conjugate and 1 vial of CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer.
NovaFluor dyes are not compatible with DNA intercalating viability dyes (e.g., propidium iodide, 7-AAD, DAPI).
Use Invitrogen LIVE/DEAD Fixable Dead Cell stains for compatibility.

CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer (Cat. No. C001T06F01) must be used with NovaFluor conjugates for optimal staining.

• Add 5 µL per sample before combining with cells.
• For single-color controls: use 5 µL per 100 µL of cell sample (10³–10⁸ cells).

NovaFluor conjugates use Phiton™ technology, employing nucleic acid dye structures engineered for optimized fluorescence profiles with reduced spillover and spread.
