Product Specific Information

The 34-1-2S monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse MHC class I molecules H-2Kd and H-2Dd. It also cross-reacts with Kb, s, r, q, and p alleles.

• Reported application: Flow cytometric analysis
• Tested on mouse splenocytes at ≤0.4 µg/test (100 µL final volume)
• Recommended to titrate antibody for optimal performance
• Each product includes:
  • 1 vial of NovaFluor conjugate
  • 1 vial of CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer

Important Notes:

• NovaFluor dyes are not compatible with DNA intercalating viability dyes (e.g., propidium iodide, 7-AAD, DAPI).
• Use Invitrogen LIVE/DEAD Fixable Dead Cell stains instead.
• CellBlox Plus Blocking Buffer (Cat. No. C001T06F01) is required for optimal staining.
• Add 5 µL of CellBlox Plus per sample before combining with cells.
• For single-color controls, use 5 µL per 100 µL of cell sample containing 10³–10⁸ cells.
