For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the peptidase S26B family. The encoded protein is an 18 kDa subunit of the signal peptidase complex and is associated with cell migration, invasion, gastric cancer, and lymph node metastasis. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. A related pseudogene is located on chromosome 8.
