Target Information
E2F transcription factors are regulated by binding to Rb p110, p107, and p130. E2F-4 specifically forms complexes with Rb p110. Members of the E2F family bind DNA as heterodimers with DP family polypeptides. Differential phosphorylation contributes to the microheterogeneity of E2F-4 (total aa 411–416, varies due to trinucleotide repeat).
