Target Information
Citrate synthase는 Krebs tricarboxylic acid cycle의 효소로, oxaloacetate와 acetyl-CoA로부터 citrate를 합성합니다.
이 효소는 대부분의 산화 대사 세포에서 발견되며, 핵에서 발현되어 미토콘드리아 matrix로 운반되어 성숙 형태로 존재합니다.
