IA-2는 PTP 도메인의 특정 아미노산 치환으로 인해 알려진 기질에 대한 포스파타제 활성이 없습니다.
IA-2와 IA-2β는 제1형 당뇨병의 주요 자가항원으로 확인되었습니다.
