Invitrogen™ LentiArray™ Human Phosphatase CRISPR Library
The award-winning Invitrogen™ LentiArray™ Human Phosphatase Library targets 288 genes, with up to 4 gRNAs per gene target (pooled in a single well) for a total of 1,152 gRNAs.
Libraries are delivered as 100 μL of ready-to-use lentiviral particles per gene target, with an average titer of 1×10⁸ TU/mL (functional titer determined by antibiotic resistance).

Built to Bring You Success
LentiArray CRISPR libraries are constructed using Thermo Fisher Scientific’s proprietary CRISPR gRNA design algorithm.
This algorithm integrates the latest research and in-house expertise to ensure:
- Maximal editing efficiency and specificity
- Knockout of all known isoforms of each target gene
- Up to four high-quality gRNAs per gene for robust knockout efficiency across diverse cell types
Design and Execute Without Limitations
The libraries employ a two-vector design, separating Cas9 nuclease and gRNA expression:
- LentiArray Cas9 lentivirus: expresses human codon-optimized Cas9 nuclease with a blasticidin resistance gene under the EF-1α (EFS) promoter.
- Users can co-infect cells with both Cas9 and gRNA lentiviruses or establish stable Cas9-expressing lines.
Experimental Flexibility
- gRNA lentiviruses do not contain fluorescent markers, allowing use of any reporter wavelength and enabling multiplexed experiments.
- For challenging cell lines, gRNA lentiviruses include a puromycin resistance gene for enrichment of edited cells and stronger phenotypes.
