Invitrogen™ LentiArray™ Human Epigenetics CRISPR Library

The award-winning Invitrogen™ LentiArray™ Human Epigenetics Library targets 396 genes with up to 4 gRNAs per gene target (pooled in a single well) for a total of 1,548 gRNAs.
Libraries are delivered as 100 μL of ready-to-use lentiviral particles per gene target with an average titer of 1×10⁸ TU/mL (functional titer determined by antibiotic resistance).

LentiArray CRISPR libraries are constructed using Thermo Fisher Scientific’s proprietary CRISPR gRNA design algorithm, incorporating the latest research and in-house expertise.
Each gRNA is designed to knock out all known isoforms of the target gene, ensuring effective genome editing across diverse cell types.

Design and Execute Without Limitations

• Two-vector design: separate lentiviral constructs for Cas9 nuclease and gRNA expression
• Cas9 lentivirus expresses human codon-optimized Cas9 with blasticidin resistance under the EF-1α (EFS) promoter
• Option to co-infect with both Cas9 and gRNA lentiviruses or establish stable Cas9-expressing cell lines
• gRNA lentiviruses do not contain fluorescent markers, allowing flexible reporter usage
• Includes puromycin resistance gene for enrichment of edited cells and enhanced phenotype detection
