Invitrogen™ LentiArray™ Human Kinase CRISPR Library

The award-winning Invitrogen™ LentiArray™ Human Kinase CRISPR Library targets 822 genes with up to 4 gRNA per gene target (pooled in a single well) for a total of 3,288 gRNAs. Libraries are delivered as 100 μL of ready-to-use lentiviral particles per gene target with an average titer of 1×10⁸ TU/mL (functional titer determined by antibiotic resistance).

Design and Execute Without Limitations

The LentiArray system employs a two-vector design:

• Cas9 lentivirus construct: Human codon-optimized Cas9 nuclease with blasticidin resistance under the EF-1α (EFS) promoter
• gRNA lentivirus construct: Contains puromycin resistance for selection

This design allows flexible delivery—either co-infection with both constructs or establishing stable Cas9-expressing cell lines.
