MCP-4는 신호 펩타이드 절단에 따라 한 가지 주요 형태(롱 체인)와 두 가지 부형태(쇼트 체인, 미디엄 체인)가 존재하며, 분비된 MCP-4의 분자량은 약 8–9 kDa입니다. 재조합 MCP-4/CCL13 단백질의 Western blot 분석에서는 약 17 kDa 밴드가 검출되며, 이는 MCP-4 이합체(dimer)에 해당하는 것으로 보입니다.
M809 MCP-4 항체(clone 3G4)는 샌드위치 ELISA에서 코팅 항체로서 M810 (biotinylated clone 8C12) 검출 항체와 함께 성공적으로 사용되었습니다. 또한, M809 MCP-4 항체의 biotinylated conjugate (clone 3G4)는 검출 항체로 사용될 때, M810 (clone 8C12)을 코팅 항체로 하여 성공적으로 적용되었습니다.
Target Information
Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 4 (MCP-4, CCL13)은 IL-1 및 TNFα와 같은 염증성 단백질에 의해 유도됩니다. MCP-4는 CCR2, CCR3, CCR5 세 가지 G 단백질 결합 수용체의 리간드로 작용하며, 단핵구, T 림프구, 호산구, 호염기구에서 신호를 활성화시켜 알레르기 반응과 관련된 면역 반응을 매개합니다.
