ZADH2 (zinc binding alcohol dehydrogenase domain containing 2)는 377개의 아미노산으로 구성된 단백질로, zinc-containing alcohol dehydrogenase 계열에 속하며 인간 염색체 18에 위치한 유전자로부터 발현됩니다.
염색체 18은 약 76백만 염기쌍과 300개 이상의 단백질 코딩 유전자를 포함하고 있으며, Trisomy 18(Edwards syndrome), Niemann-Pick disease, hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia, erythropoietic protoporphyria, follicular lymphomas 등 다양한 질환과 관련이 있습니다.
