Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The DPP3 gene encodes a cytoplasmic metallopeptidase belonging to the M49 family.
It binds a single zinc ion via the zinc-binding motif (HELLGH) and exhibits post-proline dipeptidyl aminopeptidase activity, cleaving Xaa-Pro dipeptides from protein N-termini.
Increased DPP3 activity has been linked to endometrial and ovarian cancers.
Alternate transcriptional splice variants have been identified.
