Product Specific Information
- 1 µg/mL의 MA5-27691은 20 µg의 rat brain membrane lysate에서 mGluR1/5 glutamate receptor 검출에 충분하며, goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP를 2차 항체로 사용한 colorimetric immunoblot 분석으로 검출됨.
- 약 130 kDa (mGluR1 및 mGluR5 모두) 단백질을 검출함.
- 본 항체는 이전에 clone S75-3으로 판매되었음.
Target Information
GRK1은 G protein-coupled receptor kinase (GRK) 서브패밀리에 속하는 Serine/Threonine kinase 계열 단백질입니다.
이 단백질은 rhodopsin을 인산화하여 비활성화 과정을 시작하며, arrestin 결합을 촉진하여 G-protein으로부터 수용체를 분리시켜 신호 전달을 종료합니다.
GRK1은 막 결합을 촉진하기 위해 farnesylation을 받으며, calcium 결합 단백질인 recoverin에 의해 억제될 수 있음이 보고되었습니다.
GRK1 단백질 이상은 Oguchi Disease-2 및 Hereditary Night Blindness와 관련이 있습니다.
