The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific immunogen affinity chromatography. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
This gene encodes a hematopoietic cell granule proteoglycan. Proteoglycans stored in secretory granules of many hematopoietic cells contain a protease-resistant peptide core, which may help neutralize hydrolytic enzymes. The encoded protein associates with the macromolecular complex of granzymes and perforin, potentially mediating granule-mediated apoptosis. Two transcript variants have been identified, with only one being protein-coding.
