- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, approximately 30% cross-reactivity with recombinant human Fc gamma RI is observed.
- Less than 5% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse Fc gamma RIIB and Fc gamma RIII is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
CD64 (FCGR1A) encodes a high-affinity Fc-gamma receptor that plays a critical role in immune response. It is one of three related gene family members located on chromosome 1. CD64 dysfunction has been studied in conditions such as cervical adenitis and tetrasomy 21.
