- Carrier-free 항체를 결합 실험에 사용할 경우, 추가적인 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 수행하는 것을 추천합니다.
Target Information
Nestin은 Class VI intermediate filament로, 발달 중인 중추신경계(CNS)와 초기 배아 신경상피 줄기세포에서 풍부하게 발현됩니다.
Stem/progenitor 세포, glioma 세포, 종양 내 혈관내피세포 마커로 널리 활용되며, 종양의 신생혈관 평가에 탁월한 angiogenic marker입니다.
Human Nestin 특이 항체는 progenitor 세포의 분화 특성 연구, 신경줄기세포의 치료 잠재력 향상, 신경상피 종양세포 식별 등에 유용합니다.
또한, Nestin은 조혈 줄기세포 및 대장암 조직 내 증식성 혈관내피세포의 새로운 angiogenesis marker로 보고되었습니다.
