Target Information
SUMO는 다른 단백질에 공유적으로 결합할 수 있는 작은 유비퀴틴 유사 단백질입니다. SENP2는 새로 합성된 SUMO1, SUMO2, SUMO3를 접합 가능한 형태로 가공하고, 이들 SUMO 단백질을 기질로부터 탈접합시키는 효소군 중 하나입니다. 또한 SENP2는 CTNNB1 수준을 하향 조절하여 Wnt 경로를 조절할 수 있습니다.
