Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant human CD39 and CD39L3 is observed.
- Reconstitute at 0.2 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
Target Information
ENTPD6 is similar to E-type nucleotidases (NTPases). NTPases, such as CD39, mediate catabolism of extracellular nucleotides. ENTPD6 contains four apyrase-conserved regions characteristic of NTPases. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
