HA Tag (hemagglutinin tag) is an epitope tag used to:
- Localize gene products in various cell types
- Study protein topology and complexes
- Identify associated or low-abundance proteins
- Characterize poorly immunogenic proteins when specific antibodies are unavailable
HA (hemagglutinin) is a surface glycoprotein derived from influenza virus hemagglutinin, commonly expressed as a tag to facilitate identification and purification of tagged proteins for functional analysis.
HA tag antibodies enable detection or co-immunoprecipitation of tagged proteins.
