Description:
FLEG 단일클론 항체는 인간 CD162(PSGL-1, P-selectin glycoprotein ligand-1)을 인식합니다. 이 120 kDa 단백질은 단핵구, 호중구, 과립구, 말초 T세포, 일부 B세포 및 골수 내 CD34+ 조혈전구세포(HPCs)의 표면에 호모다이머 형태로 존재합니다. CD162는 CD62P(P-selectin), CD62E(E-selectin), CD62L(L-selectin)과 결합하여 백혈구 간 및 활성화된 혈소판, 내피세포와의 상호작용을 매개합니다. 따라서 CD162는 백혈구 부착 및 rolling 과정에 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 HPCs에서 P-selectin과의 결합은 조혈 억제를 유도하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, enterovirus 71의 수용체로 작용한다는 연구도 있습니다.

정상 인간 말초혈액 세포를 이용한 유세포분석에서 사전 적정(pre-titrated) 및 검증되었습니다.
사용 권장량: 5 µL (0.06 µg)/test (100 µL 최종 부피 기준).
세포 수는 실험 조건에 따라 10^5~10^8 cells/test 범위에서 조정 가능합니다.
