- Intact IgG appears on a non-reducing gel as ~150 kDa band, and upon reduction generates a ~25 kDa light chain band and a ~50 kDa heavy chain.

Target Information
MAPK3 (ERK1) is a serine/threonine kinase that activates p90, RSK, MSK, ELK1, and Stat3, and is involved in the MAPK pathway.
ERK1 is widely expressed and regulates meiosis, mitosis, and post-mitotic functions in differentiated cells.
It responds to stimuli such as growth factors, cytokines, viral infection, GPCR ligands, and transforming agents.
Functionally, ERK1 participates in signaling cascades that control proliferation, differentiation, and cell cycle progression.
Activated ERK1 translocates to the nucleus to phosphorylate nuclear targets.
Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different ERK1 isoforms have been described.
