Target Information
MST1R (RON)은 세포 증식과 이동에 관여하는 수용체 티로신 키나아제입니다. 이 단백질은 막을 관통하는 이황화 결합 이량체로, 당화된 전구체가 35-kDa 알파 서브유닛과 150-kDa 베타 서브유닛으로 절단되어 형성됩니다. 리간드 결합은 베타 체인의 티로신 인산화를 유도합니다. MST1R/RON 결손 마우스는 착상기 이후 생존하지 못하며, MST1R/RON 유전자는 3p21 영역에 위치해 있으며 여러 상피암의 진행과 관련이 있습니다. 정상 인체 조직 및 다양한 암 조직에서 MST1R/Ron 발현이 보고되었습니다.
