Target Information
PAK 단백질은 Rho GTPase를 세포골격 재구성과 핵 신호전달에 연결하는 중요한 효소로, serine/threonine p21-activating kinase 계열에 속합니다. 이들은 Cdc42 및 RAC 단백질과 결합하여 GTPase 활성을 억제하고 자가 인산화되어 활성화됩니다. γPAK에는 Ser19, Ser141, Thr402를 포함한 8개의 자가 인산화 부위가 있으며, 이 중 Ser141과 Thr402의 인산화는 활성화와 관련이 있습니다. 활성화 후 PAK 단백질은 Rac/Cdc42 복합체로부터 분리되어 하위 기질로 작용합니다.
