Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Cyclic nucleotides act as second messengers mediating cellular responses to external stimuli such as hormones, light, and neurotransmitters.
PDEs regulate intracellular cyclic nucleotide concentrations, thus influencing signal transduction pathways.
PDE4B specifically hydrolyzes cAMP, and altered activity has been linked to schizophrenia and bipolar affective disorder.
Multiple splice variants encoding distinct isoforms have been identified.
