Cardiac Troponin T 발현은 심부전에 의해 영향을 받을 수 있으며, 유전자 변이는 가족성 비후성 심근병증 및 확장성 심근병증과 관련이 있습니다. 또한, 대체 스플라이싱으로 인해 조직 특이적 아이소폼이 다양하게 생성됩니다.
