Target Information
PKM2는 피루브산 키나아제로서 피루브산과 ATP로부터 포스포엔올피루브산을 생성하는 반응을 촉매합니다. PKM2는 갑상선 호르몬과 상호작용하여 세포 대사 효과를 매개할 수 있으며, Opa 단백질과 결합하여 인간 세포에 대한 임균 부착 및 침입에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다. 세 가지 대체 스플라이싱 전사 변이가 보고되었으며, 두 가지 서로 다른 아이소폼을 암호화합니다.
