Product Specific Information
- Recommended positive controls: 293T, A431, H1299, HeLa, Molt-4, Raji
- IHC notes: Requires antigen retrieval using heat-mediated 10 mM Citrate buffer (pH 6.0) or Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 8.0)
- Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial.
Target Information
Angiopoietin-1 (Ang-1)는 Tie-2 수용체의 분비성 리간드로, 혈관 내피세포 및 조혈세포에 발현되는 수용체 티로신 키나아제입니다. Ang-1은 혈관 성숙을 매개하며, Ang-2는 Ang-1의 길항제로 작용합니다.
Ang-3와 Ang-4는 각각 마우스와 인간의 상동 단백질로, 구조적 차이에 따라 기능이 다릅니다. Ang-3는 주로 길항제로, Ang-4는 작용제로 기능합니다. 두 단백질 모두 Ang-1 및 Ang-2와 유사한 구조적 특징을 공유합니다.
