Target Information
OCT-2는 POU homeo-domain 계열의 전사 인자로, Ig 유전자 옥타머 부위에 결합하여 B 세포 특이적 유전자의 발현을 조절합니다. OCT-2 단백질은 주로 B 세포에서 높은 수준으로 발현되며, germinal center 유래 림프종에서 특히 높은 발현이 보고되었습니다. 다른 B 세포 림프종에서도 높은 발현이 관찰됩니다.
