이 단백질은 사이토카인 존재 하에서 B 세포의 증식과 모든 면역글로불린 동형의 분비를 자극합니다. 또한 말초혈 단핵구에서 사이토카인 생산 및 종양살상 활성을 유도하며, 활성화된 T 세포의 증식을 보조하고 IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-2의 생성을 촉진합니다.
