For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.

PBGD (porphobilinogen deaminase), also known as hydroxymethylbilane synthase (HMBS), is a cytoplasmic enzyme involved in the heme synthesis pathway.
PBGD deficiency leads to errors in pyrrole metabolism, resulting in acute intermittent porphyria (AIP), an inherited autosomal disorder characterized by acute neurological dysfunctions such as hypertension, tachycardia, peripheral neuropathy, abdominal pain, and elevated urinary aminolevulinic acid and porphobilinogen.
