Target Information
셀리악병은 HLA-DQ2 또는 -DQ8 class II MHC 분자에 의해 제시되는 글리아딘 에피토프에 대한 CD4+ T세포 반응과 관련이 있습니다.
이러한 에피토프는 wheat α-gliadin의 33-mer 펩타이드(잔기 56–88)에 존재하며, 소화에 저항성을 가지고 tissue transglutaminase (TG2)의 기질이 되어 HLA-DQ2 결합에 필수적인 glutamic acid 잔기를 생성합니다.
Wheat α-gliadin의 잔기 63–73, 70–80, 77–87 사이에는 완전한 상동성이 존재합니다.
