Target Information
CD50 (Intercellular Adhesion Molecule 3, ICAM-3)은 백혈구에서 발현되는 막관통 당단백질로, LFA-1 integrin의 counter-receptor로 작용합니다.
ICAM-3은 T 세포와 항원제시세포(APC) 간의 접착 및 상호작용을 매개하며, LFA-1의 ICAM-1 친화도 조절과 T 세포 활성화 및 증식을 유도합니다.
또한 ICAM-3은 DC-SIGN(CD209)과 상호작용하여 수지상세포와 과립구 간의 면역 대화에 관여합니다.
