Triadin은 골격근의 T-tubule과 근형질세망(SR) 사이의 접합부(트라이애드)에 존재하는 단백질로, 전기적 신호를 SR로 전달하는 역할을 합니다.
DHPR(디하이드로피리딘 수용체)은 T-tubule에서 전압 감지 역할을 하고, RyR(라이아노딘 수용체)은 SR의 칼슘 방출 채널로 작용합니다.
Triadin(분자량 약 95 kDa)은 DHPR 및 RyR과 직접 상호작용하여 흥분-수축 연계 과정에서 중요한 매개체로 작용하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
