Target Information
TRPV1 (Transient Receptor Potential Cation Channel Subfamily V Member 1)는 캡사이신의 수용체로, 고추의 매운 성분에 의해 활성화되어 통증 및 열 자극을 전달하는 이온 채널입니다.
TRPV1은 TRP 계열 이온 채널(TRPC3, TRPC6 등)과 구조적으로 유사하며, 칼슘, 마그네슘, 나트륨 및 칼륨 등의 양이온에 투과성이 있습니다.
6개의 막관통 도메인, P-loop 막 도메인, 3개의 ankyrin 반복 도메인을 포함하며, 고온 자극에 반응해 통증 전달에 관여합니다.
TRPV1은 감각 신경절 내 뉴런에 주로 발현되며, Irritable Bowel Syndrome(IBS) 및 Bladder Disease 등과 관련이 있습니다.
