Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris 및 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 완충액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.

항체 2-25LE는 Lewisb 혈액형 항원과 반응하며, 이는 당지질 및 당단백질 모두에 존재하는 탄수화물 결정기입니다. 해당 항원은 적혈구, 특정 상피세포 및 일부 개인의 분비물에서 검출됩니다.
