• Fixation: Samples can be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (Product #00-822-49) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product #00-5333-54) for up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark with minimal impact on brightness and FRET efficiency.

Target Information

Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G produced by B cells in response to antigens. It is the most abundant IgG subtype in serum and plays a key role in adaptive immunity, including opsonization, complement activation, and antibody-dependent cytotoxicity. Widely used in ELISA, Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and therapeutic research such as immunotherapy and vaccine development.
