Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 min at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min.

Cytokeratin pan은 중간 필라멘트 단백질의 하위군으로, 인간 상피 조직에서 최소 20개의 서로 다른 폴리펩타이드로 구성됩니다. 분자량은 40–68 kDa, 등전점은 pH 4.9–7.8 범위입니다. Cytokeratin은 상피 유형 및 분화 정도에 따라 발현 패턴이 달라지며, 다양한 상피성 암의 구분에 유용하게 사용됩니다. 또한 종양의 면역조직화학적 진단, 세포병리학, 유세포 분석 등에서 중요한 바이오마커 역할을 합니다. Keratin은 암 연구 및 종양 진단에서 유용한 마커로 널리 활용됩니다.
