Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
RPRD1B interacts with the phosphorylated C-terminal heptapeptide repeat domain (CTD) of RNA polymerase II subunit POLR2A and participates in CTD dephosphorylation by RPAP2.
Acts as a transcriptional regulator enhancing expression of CCND1 and other cell cycle-related genes (CDK2, CDK4, CDK6, cyclin-E).
Promotes RNA polymerase II binding to promoter and termination regions, facilitating proper transcription termination and chromatin loop formation.
