For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The SPARC gene encodes a cysteine-rich acidic matrix-associated protein involved in extracellular matrix synthesis and bone collagen calcification.
It plays roles in tumor suppression and metastasis through regulation of cell shape and adhesion.
Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
