Product Specific Information
- Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration.
- For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below.
- Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.
- Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
- Stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid.
- Dilute only prior to immediate use.

Target Information
GST (Glutathione S-transferase) is a 26 kDa protein present in both eukaryotes and prokaryotes, catalyzing a variety of reactions. It is widely used to create GST gene fusion systems, allowing purification via high affinity for glutathione. GST fusion proteins enable direct protein-protein interaction assays and are utilized in numerous expression vectors.
