Target Information
FPR1는 주로 백혈구, 호중구 및 단핵구에서 발현되는 화학유인 GPCR 계열 단백질입니다. FPR1은 세포막을 7회 관통하는 pertussis toxin-sensitive GPCR로, 박테리아에 의해 생성된 formylated peptide에 결합하여 염증 부위로 백혈구를 유도합니다. 리간드 결합은 phospholipase C 활성화를 통해 칼슘 이동 및 PKC 활성화를 유도하며, 세포골격 극성화, integrin 활성화, 세포 이동, 식세포 작용, 과립 방출 및 활성산소 생성 등 다양한 반응을 매개합니다.
